How long does shipping take? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 2-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping? We offer free standard shipping on orders over $35.
Can I track my order? Absolutely. Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Do you ship internationally? No.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy? If you have an issue with your order contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@shopterahub.com and we will make it right.
What if my item arrived damaged or wrong? We are so sorry! Email us at hello@shopterahub.com with your order number and a photo — we will send a replacement or full refund immediately.
Do you offer exchanges? We offer store credit for exchanges where possible. Contact us and we will do our best to help.

Are your products good quality? Every item in our store is carefully curated and reviewed before being listed. We only sell products we are proud of.
Do you restock sold out items? We try our best to restock popular items. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified when items come back in stock.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Paypal,Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay and WooPay.
Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We never store your full card details.
Do you charge any hidden fees? Never. The price you see is the price you pay. Free shipping is included on all orders.

Do I need an account to shop? No! You can checkout as a guest. However creating an account lets you track orders and save your details for faster checkout.

What are your customer service hours? Monday to Friday 9am–6pm PST. We also check emails on weekends for urgent issues.
